Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed in a neurotypical world? Does everything you do feel harder than it’s ever been? Utilizing a therapy style crafted for each unique client, I will work with you to find a sense of purpose and connectedness. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with neurodivergence, giftedness, queer identities, creativity, the arts, ADHD, ASD, boundaries, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and depression. I am passionate about not only learning coping skills and self-care, but also gaining insight and going deeper to find your own answers to your struggles and a greater connection and awareness of self.

I have extensive personal experience as an artist and find much joy in working with creatives of all types. I have done research that explores the impacts of gender and sexuality on social support. I have also researched the intersection of creativity and mood disorders. Due to my experience working in a psychiatric unit in a hospital, I am comfortable working with various severities of illness. My goal is to lift clients up to feel empowered to build the life they want to live.

In our journey together, my goal is to help you through your current difficulties, explore your true self, promote love and acceptance, and find a sense of purpose. I hold myself accountable to be my genuine self with clients and not put on a therapist costume, particularly for those who are new to therapy or have had harmful therapy experiences.

My goal is to promote a safe environment where real, lasting change can occur. I encourage you to reach out, and I will help guide the way to help make the process of finding a therapist less daunting. I encourage myself and my clients to take up space and gain the ability to be unapologetically yourself in this complex world.
