Everyone needs support sometimes. And, unfortunately, many forms of support–including therapy, group work, and one-one-one coaching–require resources that many people don’t have or can’t afford to spare.
But what we can offer for free are our 20 minute phone consultations. (And our online content, which you can find on our resources page).
We ourselves are often hesitant to take advantage of offers like this and that’s why we want to address two concerns we’ve had ourselves and that we think are quite common.
First: You matter! Your questions matter, your pain matters. You deserve support. We really do want to hear from you and offer whatever help we can. Please don’t think that you’d be wasting our time. You and your concerns are just as valid as anyone else’s, and there’s no more valuable way to spend our time than helping answer questions.
Second: We are not salespeople. We are not skilled at or interested in pressuring people to sign up for our services. Frankly, we think it’d be unethical even to try. One of our rules is that we don’t work with anyone who doesn’t want to work with us. Life is too short for that.
If you are interested in services, please reach out. If you’re not, but you have questions or just want to chat for 20 minutes, please reach out. We want to hear from you.
